1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the provision of creative services by IOANPUGHVFX. By accessing this website or commissioning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

We provide creative and technical services including, but not limited to:

  • Visual Effects (VFX)

  • Motion Graphics & Animation

  • Video Editing

  • Drone Operations and Aerial Filming

  • Photography

  • Social Media Content Creation

  • Construction Inspections and Progress Documentation

  • Promotional Content, Adverts, Film & Television Content

The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each project will be agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Quotes, Fees & Payment

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices exclude VAT unless explicitly stated.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement or invoice.

  • Late payments may result in paused work, withheld deliverables, or additional fees.

Ownership and usage rights do not transfer until full payment has been received.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information, assets, and approvals in a timely manner

  • Ensure they have permission to supply any third-party content (logos, music, footage, plans, etc.)

  • Obtain any required permissions, location access, or releases unless otherwise agreed

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact timelines and costs.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All raw footage, project files, VFX assets, and working files remain the property of IOANPUGHVFX

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted a licence to use the final delivered content for the agreed purpose

Usage outside the original agreed scope (e.g. additional platforms, paid advertising, broadcast, resale) may require an additional licence fee.

We reserve the right to display completed work for portfolio, showreel, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Quotes include a limited number of reasonable revisions

  • Additional revisions, major creative changes, or scope changes may be charged separately

Revisions do not include changes caused by new information, late feedback, or changes to the original brief.

7. Drone Operations

Where drone services are provided:

  • Flights are conducted in accordance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations

  • Operations are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and site safety

  • We reserve the right to postpone or cancel flights if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant

Clients are responsible for obtaining landowner permission unless otherwise agreed.

8. Cancellations & Postponements

  • Cancellations with short notice may be subject to a cancellation fee

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

  • Rescheduling due to weather, safety, or regulatory reasons will be handled reasonably and professionally

9. Liability

We will perform services with reasonable skill and care. However:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, equipment failure beyond our control, or client-supplied materials

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the relevant services

10. Website Content

All content on this website is provided for general information only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date but provide no guarantees.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

11. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared during a project will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties unless required by law or agreed in writing.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
